 VOLUNTEERING ROLES

EDITORS

~Select easily editable works (poems and or stories) and send out emails of edited version to entrants (for general sub, issues and anthologies).

~Able to use plagiarism tools like Turnitin and small SEO tools.

~Send all edited works for an issue/anthology to the curator in a document.

~Inform the admin to publish and Send acceptance letters to entrants for general sub. with link to publication.

~Edit all documents and property owned by THREPOSS including terms of use, policies, courses and articles.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERS (SMMs)

~Manage, post (calls, ads, etc) on and update all/one of our social media pages, handles, and groups (WhatsApp, Twitter, FB, IG and Telegram)

~Work with curators to collect excerpts from blog posts/website and share on SM with call to action and mention of writers and artists.

~Able to login and use all the media operated by THREPOSS.

CURATORS

~Sort and Organize edited works for publication.

~Create excerpts for every work to aid author promotion.

~Send out acceptance email for published works in issues/anthologies with link to pub. and select creators to receive payment for their work.

~Skill in Amazon KDP and pub on Sellar is a big plus. 

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS

~Create templates, designs and edit photographs for social media posts and blog photos.

~Insert excerpts to templates for author promotion on social media, esp, on IG.

~Create/ select cover artworks/photograph for our issues and anthologies.

~Able to use coreldraw and photoshop/photoshop express to create e-Books and designs repectively. Or pixellab and canva for designs only.

MODERATORS

~Organize online events, webinars, classes etc and moderate them per minute(s).

~Invite guests, creatives etc via email or other means, for interviews, talks, events etc to our social media platform.

~Write weekly/monthly reports about the overall activities and performance of the community with advise and rating for improvement.

ALL

~Curators, Editors and Moderators will have access to our email login details. SMMs will have access to our IG and Twitter login details. Graphic designers will have access to our premium sub. to design apps (when we are subscribed).

~All volunteers will be onboarded within a week and given orientation on our values and their roles as volunteers.

~Volunteers who sign up to be volunteers agree to serve for a a minimum period of two issue publications by THREPOSS. After this period, volunteers may notify the Magazine  to work for the mag officially. The Admin in their discretion will grant volunteers a seat in the MastHead.

~During the period of service, any paid content that requires premium access can be accessed by volunteers for free. The most committed volunteers (by the admins. judgement) will be provided timely sub. to the internet.
